The editorial pages on wageplumb.online are free to read. When a separate digital product is sold under Wage Plumb branding, the following applies.

Window

Purchasers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with the order reference and the email used at checkout.

Process

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method after verification. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Exceptions

Requests outside the 30-day window, duplicate claims for the same order, or clear payment fraud may be declined. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Brazilian law are not limited by this page.
